I just wanted to take the time to let you know what a great experience I had with your company Home-Tech with my recent air conditioning installation. I had Dave M- as my salesman. He took so much time to explain all of my options then give me all of the details on the unit that I chose. He kept in touch with me up until the time of the new ac system installation, and then showed up the day of the installation to walk me through what was going to happen, and what I could expect. He was beyond thorough.
The day of the installation I had Jake R-, Ryan R- and Dave C- as the team who put it all together. All three were very knowledgeable as to what they were doing. They all took the time, and were very patient, to answer all of my questions and to address all of my concerns. Throughout the day Jake, Ryan and Dave remained very pleasant and reassuring letting me know what they were up to all the time. They were neat and clean and were very, very careful in my home. I have never done this before and I must say that they made me feel comfortable and confident during the entire installation. I could not have asked for a better group. Thank you and your crew for doing such an outstanding job. It’s nice to know that I can always depend on Home-Tech.
