Service Agreements and Air Conditioning Experts at BMI Oktoberfest
On Friday, October 5, the Building Managers International of Collier County will be hosting the Product Exhibition and Mixer from 5:00–9:00 P.M at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club in the River of Grass ballroom. Our booth will be manned by Service Agreement Sales Manager, Kimberly Riching and Dave Montejunas, Air Conditioning Comfort Specialist. Kimberly and Dave will be educating attendees on our products and services that Home-Tech provides to southwest Florida. Admission is free and it is encouraged that your bring along your manager, friends, and community board members. Come enjoy BMI Oktoberfest with us!

Who’s hungry for some pasta and thirsty for some wine? We are very proud to be a sponsor of the Lakewood Ranch Community Activities and especially the Festa Italia. LWR Community Activities partnered with the Italian American Club of LWR to host the first Festa Italia, this Saturday, October 6th from 11am to 5:30pm at the Central Park Community Amenities Center off Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. Join us at the Home-Tech booth for a day of traditional Italian food, entertainment, children’s activities, and Italian vendors.
This event schedule looks like a lot of fun! There will be a dog costume contest, a venetian mask contest, opera singing and a Frank Sinatra impersonator. Attendees, come enjoy the shaded Home-Tech booth where we will have a fun, pet friendly photo booth, dog bones and fun games like “Guess How Many Wine Corks?” You can win a wine basket. Home-Tech is also providing a Wine Captain wine cooler for the Raffle.
