“I want to commend the excellent job completed by Home-Tech’s, Milton. When he arrived, he mentioned I was the 9th call this day, and after mine he still had one more to complete. He had called after leaving a job site in Venice, and if this was his 9th call, he looked like it was the first call of the day. Uniform very clean, he was tidy, not sweating ‘great appearance.’
After turning on the unit, thermostat inside the house, I directed him to the air conditioner on the side of my house. Luckily the area was covered with large oak tree, and not in direct sun. He quickly opened up the unit, check for power to various terminals, removed a couple of of screws, checked for power then went to service van to get a part. I went inside as I know, nobody likes to be watched over the shoulder. When I did return, I offered him a cold water bottle, and asked what the problem was. The air conditioner was now running, the sound the homeowner likes to hear. The faulty part was a contactor. He explained how it works, and how it probably failed. I’m glad he had the part in the service van.
Milton returned to his van, and like before when he left Venice to come to my home, he was probably calling the next job to advise his ETA. This is what makes the wait for the service worth while. I was called back after reporting my problem, advised service would be sometime this afternoon, and called to let me know I was the next call.
He was the best, I am glad Home-Tech has top quality service techs. I’m going to spread the word.”
