“I’m writing because I am so impressed with the technician who came to my home and fixed my freezer. After breaking and defrosting I had trouble getting the freezer drawer out to clean it. I asked Milt how to do it and he actually pulled out the drawer, asked me to bring a wet cloth and he literally got on his hands and knees and cleaned my freezer’s floor. I thought he must be a manager. He is terrific!
