The three-hour season finale of the “The Bachelor” was last night with two ladies remaining, vying for the indecisive heart of Venezuelan hunk, Juan Pablo Galavis. Which lady did you root for? Someday maybe he will marry and have his life change forever – and that includes his refrigerator.

A Bachelor’s Appliances Could Be As Lonely as He Is
Whether it’s a bachelor friend, a son or brother on his own, or a dude that rooms with other dudes – guys’ refrigerators can often be barren wastelands. Some are filled with only a plethora of condiments for all the take-out they consume; others boast beer, beer, and MORE beer; still others are filled with bottled water (to take on runs and work-outs) and half-eaten pizzas (to eat cold for breakfast). Oh, how we hope that Juan Pablo’s woman will fill his soul AND his refrigerator.
Use it Or Lose It
At Home-Tech, we know that if you’re living like a bachelor, you’re probably using your appliances sparingly. A single guy (or gal) might use the microwave often, but the stove doesn’t get the same kind of attention. Instead of giving it a rose and sending it on its way, it’s important to turn it on once or twice a month to keep it in running order. Same as your dishwasher; hopefully you’re recycling all those paper plates and red solo cups, but it’s necessary to keep your dishwasher healthy and lubricated by running it now and then.
Revving Things Up
Seasonal residents wonder why their appliances break down when they’re very sparingly using them (because they are hardly here). Not often using them can be a part of the problem. If you have friends or neighbors checking on your Florida home while you’re up north during the summer, it’s not a bad idea to have them rev up your appliances.
You Don’t Have to Go It Alone When You Have Home-Tech
We are here for you every day of the week if any of your appliances stand you up. Home-Tech considers refrigerator repair an emergency. We don’t want you to lose your fridge contents if it stops cooling. So give us a call for service. We won’t show up in a limo, but we will arrive as soon as possible to do your refrigerator repair.
