Fighting Cancer with Relay For Life

On April 25, 2015, Home-Tech got to participate in the Relay for Life event for the American Cancer Society in Bonita Springs at Riverside Park – specifically, the Luminaria Ceremony, which is all about remembrance and hope.

A moving and special event, Luminaria are bags with names written on them honoring those who are fighting cancer, have beaten cancer, or lost their life because of cancer.

Home-Tech was humbled and honored to sponsor the Luminaria this year, as the light inside the bags represents hope for a cure. Dave Montejunas, Technical Representative, and his wife attended as well as Tracey Hendershott, Service Agreement Sales Manager.  

“It was an emotional, yet uplifting ceremony and we’re happy to be involved and dedicated to keep fighting the fight with our friends at Relay For Life, ” said Dave.
