Water Heater and Dryer Repair

Brian came to our home this morning to address a service call that we had made. Brian was prompt and very professional. He quickly addressed a hot water heater that would only work if we pushed a restart button. He diagnosed the problem with the heater and resolved it on the spot. Then Brian looked at our dryer which was not functioning on several settings. He discovered that the sensors in a couple of areas were malfunctioning, and he special order replacement parts which will be installed next monday. In addition, he researched a potential venting problem which turned out to be okay. Throughout his visit, Brian was focused and diligent in addressing our issues. We thought that he did a very good job and we appreciated his service.
