Exceptional Customer Service
I wish to pass along to your organization that I very much appreciate the dedication and service your company has provided my family this year. Most recently, your warranty dept (Steven B.) worked with Samsung to get them to replace my Samsung refrigerator under warranty which was 2 years old. During one of your service calls to fix an ice maker issue, your service tech (Marty) noted dripping water on the back side of the Samsung. He took it upon himself to contact Samsung and report the problem and provided them the proof of a non-repairable issue. Your warranty dept (Steven) further provided the interface with Samsung and submitted the required paper work to effect the warranty.
Bottom line, thru the efforts of Steven in the paper world and Marty’s diligence, Samsung replaced my RF323 refrigerator by issuing a swap order with Lowes (I originally bought the Samsung from Lowes in Sept 2012). Lowes delivered my new refrigerator today and all this happened in less than 10 days. Hopefully the new refrigerator will make ice!
This is just one example of exceptional customer service. A similar example of great service occurred with my clothes washer that I earlier reported to your Service Manager.
