Giveaway Terms and Conditions

General:

1. By Entering into Home-Tech’s “Great Gadgets Giveaway” you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
3. Facebook and Instagram are released from any responsibility to entrants or participants .

Who Can Enter:

1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, and a residents of SW Florida.
2. Home-Tech employees and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. One Entry per person.
4. Only one prize per household.
5. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter:

1. Must enter through Facebook OR Instagram by following these (2) required steps:
   1. Follow Home-Tech on Facebook OR Instagram.
   2. Leave a ‘Comment’ about your favorite kitchen gadget on Home-Tech’s original contest post. A kitchen gadget is NOT a major appliance. Major Appliance comments will be disqualified.
2. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

When to Enter:

1. Home-Tech’s “Great Gadget Giveaway” will start on 10/05/2020 at 12AM (ET) and end on 10/16/2020 at 11PM (ET).
2. Winners will be notified by Facebook Messenger or Instagram on 10/14/2020, and will be tagged in the original Facebook/Instagram post.
3. Home-Tech reserves the right to select additional entries in the event that a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prizes will be mailed within three (3) weeks after winner confirms prize eligibility. Home-Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

How Are Winners Chosen:

1. Winners will be chosen based off of their original, unique comment about a “fun” kitchen utensils/gadgets that makes cooking more convenient or interesting.
2. Entries will be judged by Home-Tech’s Marketing Department.

Prize Info:

1. Five (5) winners will receive one $10 bill via mail.
2. Winners will have until 5PM (ET) on 10/16/2020 to contact Home-Tech to claim their prize. If winner does not claim their prize before the deadline, they will forfeit the prize and it shall be awarded to the next runner up. Home-Tech is not liable for winners who are unable to be contacted and must forfeit their prize.
3. Home-Tech reserves the right to use winners name, photo, video and all comments entered into ’Great Gadgets Giveaway” for marketing purposes.
4. Winner will agree to be interviewed.

Further Terms and Conditions:

1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Home-Tech reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time.
2. Winners’ must be able to show proof of identity, age, residency in order to claim a prize.
3. Home-Tech reserves the right to delete comment entries deemed as copyright infringement, abusive, or inappropriate.
